The Bělohrad Granary is a multifunctional space with a unique spirit that opens its doors to residents, visitors, and the entire foothill region of the Krkonoše Mountains. This renovated Baroque building, complete with its own facilities, offers a venue for art as well as various social and private events. It naturally integrates into the life of the town and becomes a place for community gatherings.

The goal of the Bělohrad Granary is to become an integral part of everyday life in the town, as well as a regional hub for culture, gatherings, and inspiration.

Thanks to a complete renovation, the Bělohrad Granary offers rich cultural, social, and educational opportunities. The space is divided into three levels, as reflected in its logo. On the ground floor, there is a café with access to a terrace in the castle park. The first floor features a unique gallery space with fascinating ancient vaults. The second floor houses the main cultural hall with a capacity of over 300 people, offering versatile use thanks to its flexible layout and modern technology. The Granary is thus ideal for hosting concerts, theater performances, workshops, as well as unforgettable weddings, congresses, seminars, or teambuilding events.

The Classicist granary building is considered one of the most significant landmarks of Lázně Bělohrad and its surroundings. Thanks to its unique architecture, it is also recognized as a valuable heritage site of its kind — not only within the Hradec Králové Region, but across the entire Czech Republic

The Bělohrad Granary stands out for its exceptional architecture, featuring vaulted ceilings on two floors. The vaulted ceiling on the ground floor is unusual for a granary originally intended solely for grain storage. The vaulting on the second floor is a completely unique structural solution with no known equivalent in the Czech Republic. In the 19th century, an entrance portal was added to the western side of the building, and in 1893, an elevator was installed, leaving a visible opening in the ground-floor vault. During the 1980s, there were plans to convert the granary into a cultural center with an extension on the eastern side. However, the project was never realized, allowing the granary to remain almost untouched. The complete renovation in 2024 saved the building and brought it back to life from near ruin.
